MIA

Hey y'all,

Sorry about being MIA lately. I was on spring break yay!!!! But now back to the grind, meaning school and work. Any who…Cameron and I have had a great time taking the boat out over the last couple of weekends. Both of us got burnt to a crisp our first day on the water but we still had an AMAZING time cruising around and laying on the beach. We changed our minds and are getting a boxer in 5 weeks and moving, so it's going to be CRAZY for a while.

Wedding and a Sunday Afternoon

Hey y'all,

So this last week was a crazy one with school midterms and helping set up stuff for one of my best friend's wedding. Needless to say the wedding was a blast and Courtney looked AMAZING!!!!! I am so happy for her and Ray and wish them a lifetime of happiness. Here's a look at some of the photos from the photo booth (note to self great idea for a wedding favor).

Sunday Cameron, his friend Bobby, and I all moved furniture and set up one of the guest rooms. Then the boys went and checked out the storage unit, which will be cleared out on the 24th YAY!!!! Finally, we went to dinner with our friends Jon and Cami and their sons. We tried the new restaurant Rodizio Grill in Pensacola, which is a Brazilian Steakhouse. It was good and we all ate way too much.

Cameron and I finished our night watching GCB (my new favorite show and he mostly slept lol).

Craziness

Hey Y'all,

So this week/weekend has been CRAZY!!!! For starters I have worked everyday this week from 8:00 in the morning until 6:00 at night. Then I have to do all of my homework (which I just finished). So this week I have run around like a hot mess.

Well onto the weekend. I have worked everyday this weekend from 5:30 am to 8:30 pm. Did I mention I was a nanny lol. Saturday a friend of my Cami from the It's the Little Things in Life and I decided to take her kids and the boy I was watching to see The Lorax and it was AMAZING!!! I will be owning it soon. Did I mention we had two extra kids, so we had a small village with us in a newly released movie bad idea. Next we dropped the two extra kids off and thought that it would be a great idea to go to Walmart. I have no clue why we thought that would be a good idea because it was NOT, I repeat NOT!!!! After everything was al said and done we had a great time. After work my friend Cami and her husband, along with Cameron decided to go to a friends Mexican party and we had a great time. Onto today, I got up at 5:20 got to work and got the kid I was watching ready for the day an hour later. Then back to the house to get Cameron up, so we could go to the dog show. By the way we finally decided on a dog for us which I am so excited about. We are getting a Great Dane!!!!! We also went to the beach before nap time and finished the day hanging out with friends. The boys worked on the boat, the kids played in the yard, and I worked on homework while our fabulous host made dinner (thank you lady).

Well, that's all for my crazy week/weekend. Now onto this crazy week. One of my best friends is getting married this week and who's the bridesmaid…this girl. I also found out that another one of my great friends is coming in from the Ham and I can't wait to see her. Well that's all for now until next time. Have a great week.

A Little Bit of Spring Cleaning

Hey Y'all,


This week has been pretty crazy and things are just getting started. This weekend we had a ton of stuff going on from dog sitting, family dinner/birthday, etc.


So this weekend Cameron and I decided to organize the house and garage a little bit. It all started Saturday, I started cleaning and just kept on cleaning into Sunday. We decided it would be a good time so that we could spend the rest of the boating season, well out on the water of course. Needless to say you can now walk through the garage and the house is de-cluttered. We also went through the closet and are going to donate a ton of things. We still have tons to do but at least we got most of the bigger projects out of the way. I told him we probably had one more good day of organizing left, but that we would need help with that because it's mostly moving huge pieces of furniture up the stairs. Let's be honest y'all I may think I'm a muscle women but I'm NOT! After we got all done Cameron informed me that I should go into professional organizing and cleaning lol! What can I say a girl with some OCD can get out of hand with cleaning.


I can't believe the weekend is already over where has the time gone. This week is going to be intense since I nanny everyday this week and weekend. Oh well, looking forward to the dog show this next weekend. Well that's all for now, until next time. Have a great week y'al!

Welcome

Hey y'all,


I decided to start a blog about my life. I hope to post on here once a week, whether it's about things I did for the week, food I made, or anything else going on. I love my life here on the BEAUTIFUL Emerald Coast! I get to wake up to one of God's creations everyday, what couldn't be better. I absolutely love cooking, especially baking. 


Any who, I currently am going to school to be an elementary school teacher and couldn't be happier. I have an AMAZING boyfriend named Cameron, and I love him to pieces. He is actually the one who suggested that I go into teaching because of my love of children (only five majors later). I can't wait to finish up and get my own class of little ones.
